Return and Refund Policy 

Thank you for purchasing your LiFePO4 batteries at HOOLIKE. We are committed to quality and customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

  • Time Frame: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Please include any receipts or proof of purchase.

  • Exemptions: Products that have been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Refunds

  • Requirements for Refunds
  1. The product and all accessories must show no signs of human damage.
  2. All accessories and parts must be returned to Hoolike along with the main product.
  3. Parts and accessories should be securely packaged for return delivery to ensure they remain in good condition and to prevent damage during transportation.
  • Refund Timing

Refund Time for Canceled Orders: Full refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

  • Refund Time for Returns:
  1. After Hoolike receives your return request, we will issue the refund within 14 business days after we receive your product. You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed.
  2. If you do not receive the refund after 14 business days, please contact care@hoolike.com.
  •  Replacement Product Timing

After Hoolike receives your product replacement request, we will send a replacement product within 7 business days after receiving your product, provided that Hoolike has sufficient stock.  You will be notified via email with logistics information.

  • Return Address

Returns should be sent to: Strangenhäuschen 26, 52070 Aachen, Germany.

  • Transaction Fees

If you apply for a refund within 24 hours of placing the order (but before shipment), a transaction fee will be charged:

1.5% for credit card users
2% for PayPal users
2.6% for Klarna users

  • Shipping Fee Responsibility
  1. If the return is due to consumer reasons, the consumer is responsible for the shipping fee, which will be based on the courier company chosen.
  2. If the return is due to our error (such as receiving damaged or incorrect goods), the consumer will not be responsible for the shipping fee.
  3. Please ensure you follow the above requirements during the return process for a smooth refund or replacement experience.

Cancellation

  • Customers may request a full refund within 24 hours after placing an order by sending an email to care@hoolike.com.  If the cancellation request is submitted within the website's allowed time and before the order is shipped, the cancellation will be processed.  Once the order is canceled, we will handle the request within 3 business days.
  • Orders cannot be canceled after they are shipped.

Exchanges

  • Defective or Damaged: If your item is defective or damaged, you can choose to have it replaced with a new one. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving a defective or damaged item to initiate an exchange.

Shipping

  • Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Advice: Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value.
